Hassle Free Refund Policy

If, for any reason, during the first 30 days of receiving your updowndesks.com item, you decide it’s not what you want, you can return it for a full refund. (Please note that you will be charged for the cost of shipping it back to us.)

To return your updowndesks.com item, you need to provide us with proof of purchase, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and you must ship it back in its original, undamaged packaging. Please email us at “contact@updowndesks.com” to let us know that you intend to return the item and we will supply you with a “ship to address” label for the return.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you by email that it has been received and we’ll also let you know if your return has been approved for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit, for your entire cost of the item, minus the return shipping cost, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
